About the study

The 'Cows Cry' billboards are part of a study at the University of Bath.


The aim of the study is to measure the impact of such billboards on milk consumption. To this end, we are using several methods to measure plant-based and dairy milk consumption before and after the billboard campaign. These methods include observing milk bottles in recycling bins, as well as analysing sales data from cafes and milk companies.
